Dairy Block is a unique micro-district in the heart of Denver’s historic LoDo neighborhood that continues the tradition of quality and craftsmanship originally established by H. Brown Cannon. CTRL Collective LoDo is neighbors with art galleries, boutiques, restaurants and craft breweries such as Wynkoop Brewery. We are centrally located just one block away from Union Station. Come via light rail, car, bike or simply walk. No matter how you arrive, you may never want to leave.
The space is soulfully designed to lovingly celebrate Denver's cowtown heritage alongside its cosmopolitan aspirations. The Gold Rush era and cattle rearing years shine throughout the space in gold accents, lush leather pieces, and suspended rope walls. Love of the mountains is craftily brought indoors through greenery inlaid into live-edge wood tables and an impressive steel-encased fireplace. Stepping off the elevator; you're washed in a hot pink light emanating from a 48-ft neon sign that reads "home." We welcome you to our piece of LoDo, where historic Denver gets its modern flare.

I have been to CTRL Collective for a few networking events and was instantly WOWed by how beautiful this space was. Not only is the space gorgeous, the staff is A1 too. I had left my jacket behind after an event, called briefly after and a young lady located it for me within 2 minutes and actually ran it all the way downstairs for me. (She offered, I would have never asked) That is the kind of customer service you just don't see anymore. Thank you CTRL Collective for hiring such charing individuals. If I am ever in the market for an office, this will be my first choice without a doubt.

Honestly, CTRL is one of the nicest collective places I have visited in Denver. I had a Weekend membership for a month and a half until they decided to discontinue it. They gave me an option to upgrade (double price but with more days to access) but didn't worth for me the price difference.
